Project Planning Engineer in Southampton, Hampshire

ContractKey Responsibilities

Planning and maintaining logically linked, fully resourced project programmes.

Produce tender programmes and planning strategies.

Monitor contract performance and provide progress/KPI reporting.

Conduct critical path analysis, change impact assessments, and mitigation planning.
-
Collaborate with Project Managers, Commercial teams, Engineers, and Clients to drive outcomes.

Support junior planners.
Requirements
-
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
-
Proven planning experience on infrastructure or energy projects.
-
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
-
Strong understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and earned value principles.
-
Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
