Project Manager – Estates Strategy in Guildford, Surrey

PROJECT MANAGER, ESTATES STRATEGY - SURREY - 9-12 MONTH CONTRACT - £600 to £630 per day - UMBRELLA

ARM is delighted to be working with a public sector organisation for a Project Manager (Estates Strategy Delivery Manager) to work on a large £20million estate project they are looking to get kick started as soon as possible. This role is on a 9-12-month contract based in Surrey.

• You must have extensive experience of estates or construction project management.
• A full current membership of a professional body is required (e.g. RICS or RIBA).
• To be successful you will have experience working on multiple complex projects.
• You should have experience managing a range of stakeholders and technical teams.

• You'll be managing a portfolio of refurbishments, new builds and disposals.
• Looking after budgets, stakeholder engagements and managing contractors. In this role you could be managing up to 3 projects at one time.
• You will also be responsible for managing staff and ensuring all your actions are consistent and transparent.

Our client is based in Guilford, there is some travel to different sites, so a driving licence and your own transport is advantageous. This role is paying up to £630 per day (it has been deemed inside IR35), you will be able to work on a hybrid basis.
