Project Manager in Stevenage, Hertfordshire

ContractAs the project manager, you play a crucial role in the Multi-Functional-Team for Energy, whose goal is to oversee the energy decarbonization process. As a result, you oversee the implementation of the Group's green energy transformation plan in support of all customers and take the lead in influencing corporate decarbonization initiatives.
Your Activities & Deliverables
- Manage the project portfolio with regard to tracking progress and action follow-up.
- Assisting in the gathering of reports and data on energy and sustainability sourcing activities by making independent contributions from various sources.
- Assist in the creation of ad hoc specifications, updating of current work specifications, incorporating of new needs, and enhancing deliverables description.
- Coordinating conversations and information collecting with technical leaders to develop a list of deliverables and the workload associated with certain activities.
- Generating sufficient reports. KPI management includes gathering KPIs, incorporating them into reporting and communication systems, and visualising them.
- Creating awareness session materials based on feedback already provided. Management and collaboration with stakeholders are lessons learned.
- Gathering information in support of the business manager (Procurement and Facility Management) and assisting with market analysis (competences, suppliers, specialised experts), through data analysis, and assisting with the formulation and upkeep of supplier road maps
- Plan and create communication kits, and manage internal communication.
- Identification, review, and updating of risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in project and program management
- Business fluent in English
- Strong communication skills that allow a confident presentation in front of senior executives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, analytical skills and visualisation skills
- The preferred candidate has work experience energy and sustainability
