Project Manager

An experienced, tenacious, and self-driven project manager is what we are searching for. the position will be accountable for the bid and delivery of a broad range of project work, including software and solution delivery, product development, and research and development for different markets and customers.

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

• To successfully complete projects from conception to completion in accordance with contractual requirements, on schedule, within budget, and with high quality while satisfying client expectations, using business processes and procedures
• In collaboration with the account and technical teams, lead the delivery of competitive and attractive bids that clearly address customers needs and pain issues.
• To build strong connections with customers, partners, and suppliers in order to deliver projects successfully and cooperatively
• Using the company's tools and processes, financial management of projects being done to ensure that they are delivered in accordance with accurate financial forecasts (revenue, cash, and profit).
• Build strong working relationships with the Resourcing unit and client stakeholders while managing the project's resource needs.
• Build and manage successful project teams to deliver successful projects by establishing clear, challenging, and supportive goals for the team.
• Experienced, capable, and ready to fulfil the job of project management in all stages of the project life cycle, from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with technical teams to establish a project plan and maintain it throughout the project's lifespan by documenting and managing assumptions and dependencies.
• Confirm that requirement's are managed, documented, and approved via the project's designated tool.
• Keep a risk registry of potential dangers and opportunities for the programme, and compare the costs of contingencies to this register.
• Collaborate with the Account team to spot potential growth possibilities and take advantage of them.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Good stakeholder management
• Extensive management expertise with a wide range of projects, from conceptual research to sub-system development, implementation, and support of programmes up to £5m
• Extremely efficient problem-solving capacity backed by proactive and flexible team leadership abilities
• Able to maintain communications with several stakeholders and navigate challenging situations
• Strong business sense and project finance abilities
• Must have a deep understanding of technology, trends, and associated engineering methodologies.
• Be open and flexible to contribute as needed throughout the business cycle to ensure the success of the team.
• Experience delivering bids or pre-sales and having a solid grasp of the business life cycle
• Successful track record of completing projects
• A track record of creating outstanding relationships with key client stakeholders both internally and externally
• Able to operate in a deadline focused environment

Education and Qualifications

• BSc. Graduate or equivalent experience
• APMP or PMP Qualifications or equivalent experience
