Position Overview:

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Mallorca. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing yacht refit and maintenance projects. If you are passionate about yachts, have sailing experience as an engineer, and possess a keen eye for detail, we invite you to be a part of our exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and managing yacht refit and maintenance projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

- Collaborating closely with clients, yacht designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.

- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.

- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in yacht refit and maintenance.

- Practical sailing experience on board Yachts as an Engineer.

- EU citizenship or valid work permits in the EU with a willingness to relocate to Mallorca.
