ARM are working with a global technology company that are looking for a Project Leader to join the team based in Cheshire on a hybrid basis, working on innovative product development.
About You:
- To excel in this role, you'll need to effectively prioritise projects and collaborate with teams across different boundaries.
- Your strong communication and influencing skills will allow you to engage comfortably at all levels within the organisation and occasionally with customer organisations, coordinating activities with manufacturing, supply chain, and product management teams.
- You will have an understanding of manufacturing and engineering, ideally with motors specifically.
- Project Management experience is highly beneficial, ideally with an agile methodology
- Flexibility and agility are key, as occasional overseas travel may be required.
What you will be doing:
As a Project Leader, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact. You'll be responsible for leading and guiding a multi-disciplinary team to meet product requirements and ensure a high-quality design is released in a timely manner.
Your role will involve refining product requirements, maintaining the product backlog, and coordinating worldwide Product Life-cycle Management project teams. With your exceptional prioritisation skills and ability to work with global cross-organisational teams, you'll also contribute to the success of multiple projects.
This is a full time permanent role, based in Cheshire on a hybrid basis with a rough 50/50 split.

- Salary up to £65,000 DoE
