Project Commercial Assistant in Swindon, Wiltshire

PROJECT COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT - WILTSHIRE - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT - £225 PER DAY

ARM are currently recruiting for a well-known rail client, who operates and develops Britain's railway infrastructure. They are currently seeking for a professional Project Commercial Assistant/

About You:
* You will need basic experience in the construction / railway industry
* You will be required to have knowledge of railway and construction industry forms of contract
* You will need to be computer literate - excel (Pivot tables / vlookups) and also familiar with Oracle
* Ideally you will hold a degree in Business, economics, accountancy or quantity surveying

What you will be doing:
You will be required to undertake the following:
* Assist in reporting on commercial aspects of allocated projects, flagging issues and proposing
mitigation actions at the earliest opportunity to the Commercial Manager
* Support the Commercial Manager in final account settlements and internal reconciliation to
project close-out as per the project authority, project plan and within agreed timescales.
* Prepare documentation to support the Commercial Manager in estimating resources.
* Input data related to project costs

This position is a hybrid based role - the offices are in Wiltshire with 3 days being remote.

This role is a 6 -month contract, which may extend.

The rate for this position is £225 Per Day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.
