Hybrid, on-site in London twice per week
£600 p/d INSIDE IR35
3 months initial contract

The role:

The Programme Manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the Programme. The Programme Manager owns the management of the programme to a successful outcome, developing the Programme of work, including the business case, as well as maintaining the Programme environment to support each individual Project within it, thus achieving overall objectives. This role ideally suits someone with extensive experience of managing large scale complex / multi-million GBP budgets that transition and transform business from an IT angle. Key focus around infrastructure programmes, DC migration, work load migrations, End User Transformations and decommissioning.

Skills & experience:

• Customer senior level facing ability / Gravitas
• Strong commercial awareness
• Knowledge and practical application of Project management methodologies and tools
• Previous experience in large corporate environments, ideally financial services or telecommunications.
• Ability to communicate with Project Boards, CXOs and Senior Business Managers.
• Excellent communication and customer skills
• Ability to build and manage strong relationships, both internal & external.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to all levels
• Ability to manage and develop internal staff who are direct reports.
