We are looking for a Workshop support staff for our clients in Weybridge. The clients are word leaders in advanced protection system for vehicles and occupants. The clients are a forward-thinking company that are experts in their industry in building innovative and cutting-edge products. The Role
The clients are based in Weybridge, Surrey and the duration of the contract is 6 months. The clients are developing next generation equipment and products that are used in various industries such as defence, military, and non-government organisations. This is a great opportunity to work with one of our key clients to deliver a big project for our client to make a major contribution for the company. The role is to assist with the workshop team in the assembly, refurbishment and modification of the products and the instillation of sub-systems. The role will be very hands on, and you will have the flexibility approach to adapt and complete tasks. The successful applicants will be working on a 4-day week.
Main Responsibilities
- You will need to have experience in board automotive experience and supply technical knowledge range in products which can be applied to work on the various vehicle body components such as systems, body, trim and installations.
- You will be working with various mechanical equipment to complete the projects within project timeline.
- You will also be working with various chemicals so eye for health and safety is critical.
- You will oversee assembling mechanical and electrical components as well as inspecting the components.
- You will work with the workshop manager to adhere with performance KPIs and engage in generic tasks to adhere with project completion.

Key Requirement
- You must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years to be eligible for minimum security clearance.
- You must also go through a DBS to work on sight.
