Procurement Coordinator in Wiltshire

Procurement Coordinator - Wiltshire - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - £25,000

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join an exciting housing sector company on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

The role is a great entry-level position into the world of Procurement, our client is looking for a strong relationship builder as the role requires working with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the purchasing team and suppliers to manage relationships and purchasing activity
* Facilitating effective communication with all departments on a daily basis to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of activities
* Monitoring the procurement email inbox and dealing with requests or forwarding as appropriate
* Updating and communicating delivery changes to customers

Requirements:

* Previous experience in procurement operations and systems would be desirable
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Organised and have strong time management skills
* Strong administration/coordinator experience
* Keen to use people skills to build relationships
