Principle Planning Officer in Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Job Title: Principal Planning Officer
Location: Doncaster
Rate: £50 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 6 months contract

ARM are looking for an experienced Principal Planning Officer to support the delivery of planning services within a local authority in Doncaster. The role involves managing a caseload of major and complex planning applications, contributing to policy development, advising on CIL/S106 matters, and supporting enforcement and appeals work.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Planning (or equivalent) and RTPI membership (or working towards it)
• Significant local authority experience in planning policy and/or major applications
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
• Supervisory experience preferred
