Principal Designer And CDM Advisor in City of London, London

ARM are working with a well-known transportation client who are currently involved with transportation in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an Principal Designer and CDM advisor.
About You:
- You currently have a design/construction background.
- You will have good knowledge of CDM regulations.
- You have previously worked in the construction industry.
- You have got a minimum of 5 years' experience in Principal designer services.
- You have got a degree in a construction related field.
What you will be doing:
You will be a strong candidate who will be running projects of varying size and complexity you will be working within a team of people.
This role is for a Principal designer based in London; it is a full time role which would require you being in office every day.
The salary for this position is between £50K - £70K Benefits include 22.5 days annual leave each year, a generous pension scheme, annual training and development opportunities and a real chance of progression opportunities into management structure roles.
You need to be eligible to work in UK for this position.
