The Role:
* The Principal Consultant (PC) is responsible for the high-quality delivery of consulting services to our customers, primarily focused on data-centre migration and transformation projects and programmes.
* The PC leads a technical project team, providing direction, delegation of key activities and deliverables, ensures adherence to adopted delivery methodologies, and owns mitigation of technical risks and issues.
* Works with the delivery team and customer stakeholders to define and gain consensus on migration/transformation strategies, road maps and solutions. Through implementation design and execution, the PC acts as the technical design authority.
* The PC manages customer stakeholders through the life-cycle of a project, demonstrating our value and building trust in delivery capability.
Experience:
* 8+ years experience in a Consulting environment, designing and delivering customer solutions
* Experience of leading infrastructure and application migration/transformation initiatives - data-centre migration is key
* Broad knowledge of data-centre infrastructure technical domains
* Ability to effectively manage workshops with customers and delivery teams, taking ownership of workshop facilitation and goals
Desirable skills:
* Architecture framework - TOGAF
* Cloud (Private/Public/Hybrid)

* Discovery tooling
