Location: North Cornwall
Salary: £30,000 (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
A leading renewable energy developer is seeking a Planning Project Engineer to join their expanding planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of Solar PV, Wind, and Battery Storage projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Conduct planning research and site feasibility studies.
- Assist with the creation of plans and visuals for planning submissions.
- Review potential sites for renewable energy development.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new wind and battery projects.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Planning, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with ArcGIS and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
