People Partner - Durrington (Hybrid) - 12 months FTC - £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

ARM are delighted to be hiring for a People Partner to join one of our clients based in West Sussex on a 12 month basis.

Requirements
* Experience in Transformation & Change Management
* Managed Transformation projects including consultation management and driving business change.
* Commercially cognisant & Strong senior stakeholder engagement
* Experience in strategically operating in a senior partnering people role with the confidence to engage and influence at senior level.

Responsibilities
* Specialist in transformation facilitation, ensuring change objectives are met.
* Coach, influence, guide and constructively challenge people managers and leaders to ensure strong people performance.
* Partner with leaders to identify talent, strategic resourcing, and capability requirements in line with the longer-term people needs of the organisation.
* Act as subject matter expert in employee relations matters, keeping up to date with legal changes and ensuring appropriate application of people policies and procedures.
* Generating insight from data and evidence.
