The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Nuclear Consultant to join Our Nuclear client, to be based out of Bristol

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate for this job has a comprehensive understanding of Lean methodologies, extensive experience in applying Lean tools and techniques, and a strong desire to simplify processes at all levels of the company. They should also have leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead collaborative teams in identifying and implementing simplifications. Additionally, experience in a high-hazard or regulated industry is preferred and the candidate should possess strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching.

Some of your duties will include:

• Has extensive experience working in a high-hazard or highly regulated industry.

• Has the ability to lead collaborative teams to identify and implement simplifications to the way we deliver work, and act as a role-model for driving out inefficiencies.

• Has a comprehensive understanding of Lean methodologies (Essential)

• Has extensive breadth and depth of relevant experience in the application of a range of Lean tools and techniques (Essential)

What do you need to succeed?

• Lead the development and implementation of nuclear policies and procedures. Review, monitor, and report on all project movements and status. Pro-actively raise any issues, which may result in unnecessary delays, and find solutions
