Assist with the service delivery of Facilities Management (FM) across the site, primarily at Bordon, Hampshire but with travel to other sites across Hampshire and Wiltshire.
Have a proactive approach, meeting SLA targets, quality compliance, health and safety, continuous improvement and other contractual obligations.
The Multi-Skilled Operative will be an active member of the FM team responsible for undertaking building works to include-
- General Carpentry
- Basic Electrical & Plumbing Skills
- To maintain, repair and proactively identify and rectify faults in a timely manner over the life of the contract.
The Multi-Skilled Operative will be the focal point for all building fabric maintenance and repairs working alongside the FM team taking into consideration all the key operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Car/van driving licence with less than 6 points
- Knowledge of relevant H&S requirements including COSHH and RIDDOR (Desirable)
- IPAF 3a and 3b (Desirable)
