My client who is a leading M&E Contractor, who also has a service and maintenance team are looking for recruit a Mechanical Estimator.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Mechanical Estimator to take a lead role within the company, handling the full tender package from the initial receipt of tender to the issue of a quotation to the client.

Mechanical packages range from 50k to £3m requiring quotations on:

Air conditioning

Ventilation

Plumbing

Insulation

Controls and Commissioning.

Scope of works

Commercial Offices

Healthcare

Education

Leisure

Government Buildings

Residential

carrying out Cat A and Cat B works.

Experience:

Proven experience in a similar position with an M&E contractor

Proven ability to estimate costs and timescales accurately in order to meet deadlines.

A thorough understanding of estimating software's such as Trimble MEP etc

Package:

£55,000 - £65,000 salary
