Market Analyst/Researcher in London

Market Analyst/ Researcher - London - Contract role (9 month) - £50K

ARM are working with a well-known transportation client who are currently involved with transportation in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Market Analyst/ Researcher to join their team based in London.

About You:
- You will need to be able to use excel to an intermediate level.
- You will need to have good organisational skills.
- It would be helpful if you have a background in Quantity Surveying, cost management, market analyst or market researcher as well as experience of tracking market trends and identifying prospects for original market research projects,
- You will oversee the developing new research publications and opinion pieces working in office with a marketing team and with their IT teams to contribute to the development of new platforms and systems used for data research and management including our project database for the entire company to be able to use.

What you will be doing:
You will be helping to gather, collate and analyse cost and market data to present through their communication platforms and market research microsite. You will oversee developing new research publications and opinion pieces, whilst working alongside other teams to help develop new platforms and systems which will be used for data research.

This role is for a property management assistant based in London; it is a full-time role hybrid so would require being in office 2-3 days.

The rate for this role is £50K.
