Local Authority Project Manager - South West London -
6 Month Contract - £300 Per Day Umbrella Rate

ARM are working with a local authority and we are currently recruiting for a Local Authority Project Manager to work with this council on planning applications.

About You:
You will have experience as a Local Authority Project manager and working with Hard/Soft FM (Facilities Management). You will also need to have a full UK Driver's license. You will have previous experience supporting Local and or General Elections.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with building effective relationships with the council's building services provider, elections team, Soft FM, property colleagues, and the wider council. You will be on call on key dates to undertake troubleshooting as required as well as plan for all eventualities to ensure elections service delivery is seamless.

This position is working for Kingston Council and will be based in their office within the city.

The rate for this position is £300 per day. This rate is Umbrella, as this position is Inside IR35.
