You will be the Lead Scrum Master working alongside a market-leading defence and aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

You will be supporting the company through the development of software applications in an Agile environment in order to collect data, analyse it, and allow customers to make informed decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support teams in the day-to-day operation of their lean-agile practices or work with several teams in an advisory/coaching and assurance capacity
• Actively facilitate team-of-teams events (e.g. Program Increment Planning) and supporting activities such as roadmap development to ensure that the relevant objectives are achieved
• Support the team in identifying and addressing impediments to the attainment of goals, including taking action to remove impediments where appropriate
• Lead on the identification of training and development needs, for the team as a whole and for individual team members as required
• Support teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through training, coaching, and mentoring

Your experience will involve:

• Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams
• Thorough knowledge of agile principles, practices, and methods, particularly Scrum
• Excellent organisational and facilitation skills
• Holds an advanced Scrum Master certification e.g. PSM II / III, SASM
• Experience in Agile Coaching or qualifications including ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC or ICE-AC
