Junior Land Surveyor in Birmingham, West Midlands

JUNIOR LAND SURVEYOR - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £30,150 - £46,000

ARM are working with a well-known major infrastructure client and we are looking for a Junior Land Surveyor to join their team in the West Midlands.

About You:
* You will have experience of using ARCGIS systems.
* You will have experience of surveying in reference to land or land access or compulsory purchase arrangements, this may be as a land surveyor, land access specialist or as a geographer.

What you will be doing:
This position will be helping the company secure access, to what is predominantly agricultural land, for the purposes of surveying, engineering and in some cases purchasing. It will see you help manage the process and ensure check and measures are in place.

This position will see you based from Birmingham office, working only 2 days a week in the office or visiting site, with 3 days a week working from home.

The salary for this position is between £30,100 and £46,000 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this is an excellent benefits package and a very real chance to progress in an organisation that will support your career aspirations.
