About You:
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline is desirable.
* Relevant automotive experience in a planning, production engineering, or project role with the following skills: Excellent organisational skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
* High level of communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
* Must work effectively with internal production, development, and planning functions as well as external suppliers.
* Great IT skills
* Basic level of German is desirable.
* Knowledge of SAP

The Role:
* Evaluate new products, bespoke features, and change requests. Calculate Hkprop product invest, structure investment, headcount, launch costs and fixed costs, and space requirements based on planning assumptions - volume, timing, and design sketches. Providing manufacturing input into the business case analysis.
* Assess feasibility to manufacture, providing suggestions to do so and ensuring incorporation into the design concept, ensuring engineered part can be made and to the optimum quality, cost, and meet legal requirements.
* Release the design and engineering requirements of interior surface parts into a production or bespoke process, delivering the optimum performance in terms of quality, cost, legal requirements, and volume whilst safeguarding the health and safety of the employees with fully owned product and process responsibilities.
