£600 a day Pay Outside IR35

* VMware Cloud Foundation deploy and manage to 3rd line level. Must have operational experience in a production setting
* Transition of Data Centre Consolidation and application migration (discovery, physical and virtual migration)
* VMware vRealize, specifically vRealize Automation of install, configuration and management of tenant and core services in live / operational IaaS multi tenanted environment also integration with GitLab
* VMware vROPs for tenant and core service monitoring and customer dashboard scenarios in a live / operational IaaS
* VMware Log and network insight Design, deploy, troubleshoot and manage to a 3rd line level
* VMware NSX-T virtualised networking
* Linux operating system (Ubuntu preferred) Design, deploy, troubleshoot and manage to a 3rd line level including active directory integration into Linux
* Windows OS, active directory and windows centric core services (WSUS, SCCM, etc) Design, deploy, troubleshoot and manage to a 3rd line level
* Deployment and management of Splunk with a security incident and event management use case, also with a tenant specific application monitoring context. Experience with Splunk log forwarding to a central cyber security capability

Additional Details:
* SC cleared as a minimum
* Experience in highly secure / operational / highly critical environments
* Must be able to work closely with and provide input to security colleagues
* Must be a self-starter, show initiative with minimal direction in a fast paced and changing environment
* Contribute and add input to on-going designs and service improvements
* Must be willing to travel
* Familiar with ITIL service management
* Vendor and centralised service liaison and technical lead / technical design authority on some of the core elements defined above
