How you will make a difference
We are seeking a Linux Infrastructure Engineer/Systems Administrator to join a large and diverse team in a critical customer area, focusing on support and maintenance of key customer systems, concerning data ingest, storage and management. This involves deep technical investigations related to user incidents/queries, system maintenance (e.g. certificates, compliance), cluster management, identifying and enacting improvements/efficiencies. We are also looking to improve resiliency within the teams (removing single points of failure), refine our existing knowledge base & processes, moving towards an 'Infrastructure Service' offering, where tasks can be shared across a wider pool of Engineers.
