What we're looking for:
* SC Cleared / Eligibility for SC Clearance.
* Windows admin level Knowledge W10/Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
* Committed professional with good customer service ethic, working onsite within a technology led, fast changing environment.
* Good understanding of Cyber security practices and systems patching.
* Strong Knowledge of VMWare administration and projects
* Knowledge of Windows Defender and other End Point Protection Systems.
* Knowledge of SAN setup and administration
* Good Networking understanding LAN and WAN
* Knowledge of systems resource allocation and management
* Knowledge of Veeam and other backup technologies.
* PowerShell scripting, C programming or Unix shell scripting
* SQL Server database administration and scripting
* SSCM, intune mobile management, PC Set up and Builds.
* Building, Maintaining and decommissioning as per lifecycle requirements
* Technical administration of Windows systems
* Excellent at Documenting processes and procedures.
* Monitoring and managing resources for infrastructure with designated workloads.
* Checking log files and audit of procedures for protective monitoring and policies
* Administering primarily Windows Server and some Linux OS
* Managing system resources to meet changing requirements.
* Administering security and software updates on multiple systems

Your responsibilities:

* Taking ownership and managing tickets through resolution or escalation. Having a great idea on meeting your SLA'S - troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of systems as well as attending to client needs.

* You understand the importance of problem ownership and client success with a goal to provide high quality service. You're able to handle client interaction, managing their expectations, reporting client facing risks with professionalism.

* You will be involved in cross functional collaboration with various teams, ensuring personal and team objectives are achieved.

You will pick up and lead on the following activities and requirements:

* Respond appropriately and deal with queries in an effective manner (i.e., punctual; polite and with empathy).
* Take ownership of the work allocated to them and professionally manage requirements through to resolution or escalation.
* Ask targeted questions to apply accurate troubleshooting and resolution.
* Maintain a professional relationship with clients and peers.
* Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations.
* Collaborate with other teams to maintain standards and functionality.
* Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the management Team.
* Availability during your shift hours (which may incur shift rotation).
* Ability to work in Team and unsupervised.
* Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time.
* Apply a high level of attention to detail.
* Collaboration with other technical resources and third parties.
* Documentation of environment, processes, and procedures along with creating guides as required.
