Information Officer - Central London - 2 Month Contract £255 Per Day Umbrella - Hybrid Work

ARM are working with TFL who are currently recruiting for an Information Officer in Central London on an initial 2 Month Contract.

About You:
You will have experience in providing high-quality, customer-focused information to consumers over a wide range of channels, including emails and social media.
You will have experience working to pre-defined design standards.
You will be experienced in Marketing, Customer Information, and research in roles involving both strategic analysis and effective delivery.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with supporting the preparation and delivery of a variety of customer information content and products across digital channels, such as social media, web, and email as well as ensuring customer-facing information that includes signage and wayfinding etc, is consistent, accurate and delivered in a timely manner. You will also look to visit sites whilst planning and reviewing meetings to help understand the scope of the projects and ensure all customer information meets all business requirements.

This position is based in Central London and is commutable for all taking Train, Tube, Bus and Car. This Position also offers Hybrid Work.

The rate of pay for this position is £255 Per Day Umbrella Rate over an initial 2-month contractual period. There is a possibility of an extension of this contract.
