As an Inbound Sales executive your role is to capture new sales opportunities in a timely manner and within an effective and consultative approach
Primary Responsibilities
- Management and nurturing of inbound and outbound enquiries.
- Booking viewings and home visits from direct requests - both inbound and outbound calls
- Upselling products and services
- Delivering outstanding customer service through consultative sales
- Build rapport quickly and confidently seek to understand each customer's needs
- Effective management and nurturing of applicants and potential clients
Skills and Experience
- Strong communication and customer service.
- Consultative sales - evaluation of need and selling of products and services.
- Customer centric and able to innovate, persuade and influence.
- Competent in using IT equipment / CRM.
