HR Resourcing Manager in Oxfordshire

HR Resourcing Manager - Oxford - 6 Month Contract - £34 p/h - (Umbrella) (Inside)

ARM is delighted to be recruiting for an established local government who are actively seeking an HR Resourcing Manager to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

The role requires effective and highly responsive resourcing systems in place to meet
the organisation's workforce needs.

Responsibilities:

* Support, coach, develop and performance manage a team of resourcing specialists
* To effectively support hiring managers with critical recruitment campaigns, including expert professional advice on advertising, assessments, managing offers, vetting and onboarding.
* Work with HR Business Partners and senior managers to understand workforce plans and resourcing demand forecasts
* Work closely with the recruitment and wider HR team to provide a seamless service to
* managers including resolving complex issues/complaints, reducing time to hire and creating a positive experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
* Ensure effective systems are in place to maximise the number of staff deployed to alternative roles, where there is risk of redundancies.

Requirements:

* CIPD qualified or academic or vocational equivalent, or equal knowledge gained through the working environment
* Significant experience working in a professional recruitment advisory role
* Significant experience in a successful strategic HR Resourcing management role in a large complex organisation (ideally public sector).
* Highly resilient with the ability to manage own emotions in the face of pressure, setbacks or when dealing with challenging situations
* Excellent interpersonal skills
