HR Business Partner in Manchester, Greater Manchester

HR Business Partner - Manchester (Hybrid) - 12 Month Contract - £195 Daily (PAYE - Inside IR35)

ARM are looking for a HR Business Partner to join one of their public-sector client in Manchester on a hybrid, initial 12-month basis.

To be considered for this role, you will need previous demonstrable experience in a Business Partnering role, as well as an excellent understanding of technical Human Resources knowledge.

Requirements

• Implement and deliver HR Strategy, including talent, succession planning and change management
• Coach, advise, and challenge relevant stakeholders
• Deliver client responsive, cost-effective, and integrated people solutions addressing key business objectives
• Liaise with appropriate Union representatives to support the business in delivering relevant solutions
• Work alongside other HRBPs in other areas of the business to support wider strategy

Requirements

• CIPD Level 7 Qualified/Post graduate HR Qualification
• Experience with organisational change programmes/TUPE/Redundancy programmes
• Experience working within a Public Sector or corporate matrix environment
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills across all channels and levels
