HR Business Analyst in Southwark, London

Business Analyst - London (Southwark) - 3-6 Month Interim Role - £200 - £250 per day

Advanced Resource Managers are recruiting for a HR Business Analyst to join one of their public sector clients in Southwark on an 3-6 month, interim basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, as well as previous experience within a similar role. This role sits within the HR Systems & Data Team.

Responsibilities

• Investigate business needs and problems using existing processes and provide recommendations for service improvements.
• Lead and participate in requirements gathering workshops and collaborating with different teams to produce impact analysis documents
• Analyse and document current and new business processes and identify business needs via interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, etc.
• Identify options for solutions and assess them for technical and business use.
• Work alongside Systems and Data Analysts to support change activities

Requirements

• Strong functional experience using Microsoft Office and Visio (or other process mapping tools), along with the ability to learn new systems.
• Experience planning and running workshops.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across different areas of the business.
• Detail oriented with a passion for process optimisation and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills with a growth-led mindset.
