Good Morning! I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor role on an FTC until August 2024! The role will be based in Northampton and offer a competitive salary. If you are interested in this opportunity, please click the link and apply!

Responsibilities

  • Provide first contact point of support to all employees with any enquires surrounding the HR business policies & processes
  • Working closely with HR team members on all employee lifecycle matters, including grievance, absence management, disciplinaries, best practices, payroll, and policy
  • Maintain documents for contract creation & management of new hires, resignation, or variation letters etc
  • Maintain HR databases
  • Support business leaders in making effective decisions

Requirements

  • Ideally degree educated, CIPD level 5 or above qualified with relevant demonstrable experience
  • Strong communications skills, especially dealing with all levels of employee from senior management to production
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law
  • Prior usage of SAP HR Systems would be beneficial
