HEAD OF ESTATES AND ASSET MANAGEMENT - BROMLEY - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - £500 - £525 PER DAY

A local authority is currently looking for a Head of Estates and Asset Management, for a 3 month contract based in Bromley.

About You:
* You will have Estates and Asset Management experience and operational experience in managing complex developments.
* You will have a proven track record of leadership and effective management in Estates and Asset Management environment.
* You will have experience of developing, implementing and managing business plans, strategies and growth development.
* You will have experience of co-ordinating and managing projects and change management programmes to deliver transformation of services.

What you will be doing:
You will be leading the Estates and Assets Team within the strategic property division and be responsible for providing estates management, valuation, acquisition, disposal, and property development in respect to the property portfolio.

The role is based in Bromley, it has a hybrid working policy in place of 2 days a week in office.

The rate for this position is between £500 to £525 per day, inside IR35. We can offer PAYE working on this position and rates can be discussed at application.
