Governance And Insurance Officer in Worthing, West Sussex

GOVERNANCE AND INSURANCE OFFICER - WEST SUSSEX - PERMANENT - £50,000 - £60,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resource Managers are working for a private utility company who are looking for a Governance and Insurance Officer based in West Sussex.

About You:
* You will have experience in a similar position within a regulated sector.
* You will have experience of insurance and pensions within a corporate environment.
* You will have knowledge of the Companies Act.
* You will have strong knowledge of governance and secretariat function, insurance, and pensions.

What you will be doing:
You will be providing high quality company secretariat, corporate governance, and compliance support, whilst arranging, and maintaining insurance protection of the organisation's assets and liabilities.

You will be accurately, effectively, and timely providing advice, analysis to the relevant business function on a wide range of matters to meet/manage objectives.

The role is based in West Sussex, it is a hybrid position. You may also be required to attend other sites and offices across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

The rate of pay for this role is £50,000 to £60,000, this is based on experience and suitability. On top of this the company are offering a benefit package including: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, flexible working, company pension scheme, life assurance, + more.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
