Geotechnical Team Leader in Birmingham, West Midlands

GEOTECHNICAL TEAM LEADER - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - NEGOTIABLE

ARM are currently working with a global public transport infrastructure company who specialise is the rail and mass transit sector, they are currently seeking for a professional Geotechnical Team Leader based in Birmingham.

About You:
* You would need to have graduated with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or engineering geology
* You will also need an understanding of UK geology and basic knowledge of UK construction practice.
* You will need detailed experience of geotechnical engineering, with experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects.
* You will have experience in client development

What you will be doing:
* You will be accountable for day-to-day line management, planned recruitment, succession planning, training, and development of staff;
* You will ensure effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of project resources and finances
* You will consistently adhere to all relevant standards, health, safety, and environmental legislation including CDM Regulations

In addition to these duties, accountabilities, and responsibilities you may be required to perform other duties assigned to you by your line manager from time to time.

This permanent role is based in Birmingham, this role is office / site based. You will need a full clean Driver's License to visit client sites.

Salary for this role is Negotiable dependant on experience and suitability, other benefits for this role include: holiday, company matched pension.
