GENERAL PRACTICE SURVEYOR - PORTSMOUTH - INITIAL 3-MONTH CONTRACT - £300 PER DAY INSIDE IR35 |

ARM are currently working with a local authority who are responsible for developing and maintaining the local area. They are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join the team in Portsmouth on a contract basis. |
About You:
|
To be applicable for this position you will need the following: - Previous property surveying experience - public/private sector. - General Practice surveying experience - Chartered - (RICS/MRICS) - Experience working on tenant and landlord work |
What you will be doing:
|
In this position you will be required to undertake mainly landlord and tenant work, lease renews, open market rent reviews and full range of General Practice surveying duties. |
|
This position will be based in Gosport and will require you to be in the office 4 days per week with 1 day working from home. |
What you can expect in return:
|
This position is an initial 3-month contract and will be paying £300 per day inside IR35 via an umbrella company. |
|
You will need to be permanently eligible to work in the UK |
