Finance Analyst in Luton, Bedfordshire

Finance Analyst - Luton - Permanent - £27,000-£35,000 (DOE)

ARM are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Analyst based in Luton for one of our clients specialising in the supplying of high-quality doors.

To support the Finance teams within the Residential sector business units through product pricing strategy, manufacturing cost variance analysis.

Responsibilities
* Supporting finance period end including accruals and prepayments.
* Full manufacturing variance analysis.
* Provide management with sound financial reports.
* Present findings of financial analysis to drive increased revenue, cost control and improve margins.
* Conduct in depth Competitor Analysis on specific businesses.
* Gather, collate and analyse Pricing data from a variety of sources.
* Preparation of tender submissions, new framework contracts and pricing/commercial terms for new customers
* Implementing and controlling discount authority levels in line with audit requirements

Requirements
* Passion for Data Analytics
* Logical, structured, methodical approach
* Capability to analyse trends and patterns
* Aptitude for problem solving
* Strong Excel skills and highly numerate
* Commercial awareness
* Understanding of financial analysis and costing
* Report writing skills and willingness to present findings to stakeholders
