Exchange Lead Consultant in London

Exchange Job Role:

Able to lead an Exchange upgrade programme, be confident in & able to make technical decisions (subject to sign-off) for a FTSE 100 company, to be experienced in all aspects of Exchange over several versions (on prem, hybrid, cloud), be comfortable in both hands-on implementation & design/architecture and to be able to write a handover for an incoming SME.

Tech skills

Experience of supporting enterprise scale email organisations
Extensive and expert knowledge and experience of Microsoft Exchange on-prem, Hybrid and Exchange Online design, deployment & support
Exchange Online configuration and management
Experience of Exchange perimeter security
Experience of DMARC with Exchange Online
Extensive hands-on experience of configuring and supporting M365 services
Practical skills for provisioning and management of Azure and Microsoft 365 resources
Good knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
PowerShell Scripting experience
General Microsoft Office 365 support
Windows Server deployment and support
Microsoft Hyper-V virtualisation experience

Soft skills

Strong communication and technical stakeholder engagement skills (Presenting and reporting to board level)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong understanding of security principles and practices
Team player
Experience in mentoring and skills transfer
Willing to work overtime and be on out of hours On-Call rota
Be available to work in one of our clients offices one day a week (Hove or 1CS i)
