Working at an 'enterprise architect' level you'll be responsible for the strategic plan and roadmap for the migration from the legacy customer management systems to a new technology stack including the decommissioning of the legacy customer management systems. Migration refers to migration of customer, product and services data and the co-existence of the legacy and new platforms.
With both business and application knowledge you'll work closely with a programme manager, data architect, platform SMEs and business teams to define the key migration and decommissioning principles, migration and decommissioning strategy and a roadmap..
The Ideal applicants will have a wealth of telecoms experience, ideally working for a consultancy or solution provider and with experience of most of the following:
B2B telecom sector experience
Good knowledge of Salesforce
Is business value driven
Understands Customer, Product and Service data
Experience of complex application estates
Self starter and able to undertake Discovery activities
Possess great stakeholder management and communication skills
Operates at Enterprise level and at Solution Architecture level
Produces quality deliverables in the form of Principles, High level Strategy and Roadmapping
Adheres compliance and governance
Provides informative progress reports
