We are looking for an Engineering team leader to join is on a permanent basis. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your career and extend your knowledge. You will get the opportunity to work across a wide range of significant military cyber, land, air and sea platforms. Working to design and build cutting edge IT solutions for incorporation into products and services for their customers.

You'll be responsible for -
Leading and growing a team of engineers
Supporting the creation of engineering and project plans
Successful project execution and delivery against schedules
Tracking progress and reporting
Adherence to project and business processes and governance
Helping to build strong and enduring customer relationships
Facilitating innovation and improvement ideas
Managing and balancing risk with change initiatives

Key Skills & Experience we are looking for -
Experience in engineering delivering IT and information systems projects, ideally for the MoD
Track record of working through an engineering lifecycle and governance
Facilitating the breakdown of tasks and estimation activities
Developing an effective organisation structure and associated performance management
Execution of a plan, meeting customer milestones and achieving shared success
Understanding of security architectures, IT systems and systems integration and accreditation processes
Desirable skills:
Knowledge of Military IT Systems and Networks
Safety, security background
