Dealer Support And Services Coordinator in Northampton, Northamptonshire

Our client is seeking a Dealer Support and Services Coordinator to join their expanding team based in Oundle, Northamptonshire. In this position you would process and support warranty claims for our clients dealer network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the process of all our clients dealer warranty claims
  • Assessing the validity of all the warranty claims, adhering to warranty agreements and company policy
  • Downloading cropping and upload all evidence to claim files
  • Liaise over email and telephone with dealers directly
  • Prepare statements and engage on regular dealer video calls via Teams/Zooms
  • Ensure each claim adheres to the specific manufacture's requirements and procedures
  • Process and verify dealer invoices for payment with in the specific time frames .
  • Monitor warranty inbox and clear daily
  • Review hours requested per claim with Technical Support- In boat PDI's
  • Dealer Services Field Team - Support with overseas travel, transport and parts
  • Job card preparation.
  • Regular review of all warranty parts on order and awaiting arrival. Both internal (IWO) and external
  • Provide all the correct details for all parts that require shipping
  • Keep up to date records of all claims in progress with dealer, with our client and awaiting invoice
  • Ensure all records are kept accurately
  • Review Warranty boat file and process requested Warranty Certificates
  • Liaise and communicate with our clients manufacturing partners securing FOC replacements of faulty components.
  • Provide warranty payment statements to dealers
  • Attend daily morning meetings.
  • Regular production line training sessions with QC
  • Other key tasks reflective of business needs and demands

Key requirements and qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
  • Competent computer and DMS system (Syteline, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to complete regular and document self-auditing
  • Experience working in a busy process driven administration role with a strong attention to detail
  • Superb Organisational and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.
  • Complying with and upholding Company policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking any additional tasks as may be required from time to time.
