Customs Analyst in Chichester, West Sussex

ContractWe're currently working with one of the world's top engine and car manufacturing companies who are currently looking for a customs analyst to work on a contractural basis until the end of the year - typically, with this client if there's any outstanding work to be done there's a strong possibility of renewal, so there's some potential for more long-term contract revenue for the ideal candidate.
Main responsibilities:

Assure the best interests of the client are met by providing effective and efficient assistance to the responsible Department Head, Managers and Leads by supporting the definition, operation, and running of processes and systems as regards customs and export control.

Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations related to the company's customs and export control business.

Keep management informed of the benefits and costs of alternatives where existing to support the near and long-term growth and profitability targets of our client
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 years experience working within customs in a similar role for ideally a competitor, but open to people with the right background across different industries
