Corporate Governance & Insurance Officer - West Sussex Permanent - £50,000 Per Annum

ARM are working with a well known utilities company who are recruiting for a Corporate Governance & Insurance Officer to join them on a permanent basis.

About You:
You will have experience in Insurance and Pensions within a corporate environment.
You will be qualified as a Chartered Secretary, Lawyer or a relevant qualification.
You will have experience in delivering and developing a corporate governance and compliance framework.
You will bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with helping provide advice on corporate governance matters as well as preparing draft briefing materials and assisting in the production and approval of the accounts and annual reports. You will also be responsible for providing effective timely and accurate advice/ analysis to the relevant business functions.

This position is based in the West Sussex area and is commutable for all taking Train, Tube, Bus and Car.

The salary for this permanent role is up to £50,000 Per Annum.
