My client who is a leading M&E Contractor is looking add a Communications Cabling Operative to their team. the main duties will include:
Experienced in Structured cabling including fibre optics, cat6-cat6a, singlemode multimode fibre. (3-5 years proven experience)
Experience with working with BT FTTP and Virgin media cabling, first fixing pre terminated fibre cabling. (3-5 years proven experience)
Experience in installing cabling containment, tray/basket/conduit etc
LV/ELV electrical experience desirable.
Experience in installing Paxton/Hik Vision systems, Videx, comelit and ACT beneficial.
Experience with CCTV/Access control/door entry configuration and IP networking beneficial.
Experience of working on TV/Satellite and audio visual systems would be desirable.
Full UK driving licence, CSCS/ECS card a must.
IPAF/PASMA beneficial.
