Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a major rail company. We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their team.

About You:
- You will need to have previous commercial experience of working in Rail Systems.
- You will have experience of major high value complex packages contracts, Including electrification, track, signals/switching/cables
- You will have experience of NEC contracts.
- You will hold a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying.

What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for achieving the award of contracts to help deliver the projects. This will include commercial support and decision making. You will build commercial workable relationships and negotiate commercial agreements with multiple suppliers and third parties.

This role is based in west midlands, it is a full-time hybrid role so you would be required to be in the office 2 times a week

The salary for this role is between £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience. On top of this is a very generous pension, life assurance, healthcare and much more.

You need to be eligible to work in the UK for this role, a DBS may also be required
