Commercial Analyst in City of London, London

Commercial Analyst - London - Permanent Position - £32,000 - £34,000 p/a

ARM is delighted to be recruiting a Commercial Analyst for one of our clients on a permanent basis.

The role requires working within a Commercial Function responsible for end-to-end commercial life cycle management and supporting the wider business in working with third parties.

Responsibilities:

* Providing administrative support to commercial colleagues on an ad-hoc basis as part of the team supporting business as usual and project activities
* Assisting with the development of category strategies for all relevant expenditure
* Supporting the Sourcing process for a wide range of procurements, such as market engagement
* Supporting negotiations and assessing procurement routes
* Undertaking contract management actions such as contract administration, monitoring supplier performance and managing supplier relationships
* Analysing data from corporate commercial systems

Requirements:

* Experience working within a commercial function would be essential
* A basic understanding of the principles of category management and/or the contract life cycle
* Effective communicator who can build working relationships with a range of colleagues and stakeholders.
* Able to proactively manage own workload to deliver deadlines
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with enquiries, requests, complaints/escalations
* Strong MS Office Skills
