CLIMATE AND NET-ZERO POLICY EXPERT - OXFORDSHIRE - PERMANENT - £45,000 - £48,500

ARM are currently working with a local council who are responsible for maintaining and developing the local area in many ways. They are seeking a Climate and Net-Zero Policy Expert based in the Oxfordshire area on a permanent basis.

To be applicable for this position you will need the following:

- You will be educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline (environmental management, climate science, environmental policy or equivalent professional experience.

- Previous managerial or supervisory experience.

- You will need knowledge of the policy and legislation for net zero and climate mitigation.

In this position you will be leading managing and inspiring your direct team through effective management techniques and skills. You will also be ensuring that the councils aims and objectives are delivered, specifically relating to climate action. Also you will be helping to build relationship across the council between different suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.

This position is based in Oxfordshire, there can be a discussion for hybrid working.

This position is a permanent position and is paying between £45,000-£48,500 per year and offers several benefits including, 32 paid holiday days, great pension scheme and agile working arrangements.

You will need to be permanently eligible to work in the UK for this position
