We are seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to support construction projects within the oil & gas or renewable energy sector. The role focuses on quantity management, progress measurement, cost control, and subcontractor accountability using project management information systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update Bills of Quantities and quantity records

Monitor construction quantities, progress, manhours, and equipment usage
-
Support extra works, dayworks, NPs and CWOs
-
Ensure accurate progress statements and subcontractor certification
-
Update project management databases and reports
-
Support cost forecasting, claims analysis, and risk identification
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in oil & gas or renewables

Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
-
Experience with construction/quantity management systems
