Civil Engineer in Brighton, East Sussex

SENIOR/CIVIL ENGINEER - EAST SUSSEX - PERMANENT - £30,000 - £55,500

We are currently looking for a Senior/Civil Engineer for a private utility company for a permanent position based in East Sussex.

About You:
* You will have a relevant degree in Engineering, environmental or numerate science related subject or equivalent experience.
* You will have a demonstrable background in delivering water/wastewater projects within the UK water industry.
* You will have experience of water and wastewater engineering and asset management,
* You will understand the water industry and solution development.
* Ideally you will have an understanding of the AMP cycle.

What you will be doing:
You will be designing and providing technical support in the production of water/wastewater projects. You will be managing and producing data to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.

This role is based in East Sussex, this role has a hybrid working style.

The rate of pay for this role is between £30,000 - £55,000, this is based on experience and suitability. On top of this is excellent benefits package that includes a generous pension, life assurance, occupational health service and more.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
