Case Manager in London

Case Manager -Remote- Permanent - £24,000 plus commission

ARM are delighted to be supporting an esteemed business with the recruitment of a Case Manager on a permanent basis.

The purpose of the role will be to deliver good customer outcomes to all Mortgage customers through the managing of mortgage, protection and GI applications from submission to completion and/or on risk.

Responsibilities
* Deliver good customer outcomes by managing a pipeline of mortgage, protection and GI applications through from submission to completion.
* Ensure all customers are kept updated and actions taken their applications in a timely manner whilst making sure all systems are updated.
* Build collaborative working relationships with Advisers, colleagues, lenders and insurers to deliver good customer outcomes.
* Ensure all systems are updated throughout the mortgage and/or protection transaction.
* Follow all regulatory processes to ensure we remain compliant.
* Deliver personal KPIs whilst following values.

Requirements
* Previous experience in a Case Manager or similar role is essential.
* Good communication skills both written and oral.
* Desire and ability to provide good customer outcomes.
* Good IT skills to ensure all systems are updated correctly.
* Ensure work is complete to a high standard always following processes.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver tight timescales.
